Guidelines on the collection, use, sharing, and retention of account, application, interview, visa, and community information.

Korean is controlling.We may process account emails and names, contact information, nationality, career, education, skills, desired job roles, visa preparation information, application history, consent records, access IP addresses, and user agents. If you opt for an interview, we process audio or video recordings, transcripts, and translations.
We use information for identity verification, handling job applications, conducting interviews, creating company review materials, guiding visa preparation status, counseling, service security, error response, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Only job-related profiles and interview materials within the scope of your consent are provided to the companies you applied to. Date of birth, contact details, and detailed visa information are restricted according to necessary stages and separate sharing scopes. VisaOps experts only access information necessary for the counseling they are assigned.
To operate the service, we may use Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage; Vercel for hosting; OpenAI for transcription, translation, and document generation; and Resend for email delivery. Actual business information, countries, and retention periods will be finalized after separate review prior to official disclosure.
Interview audio and video recordings are set to be automatically deleted after 90 days by default but may be shortened according to operating policies or consent. Application, consent, and audit records are retained only for periods necessary to handle disputes and legal obligations and are securely deleted or anonymized once the purpose is achieved.
Users can request access to, correction of, export of their information, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, account deletion, and human review. Some records subject to legal retention obligations may not be deleted immediately.
Interview and visa materials are provided through private storage and authorization verification. Access to sensitive materials and issuance of temporary URLs are logged for auditing. Temporary URLs have short validity periods.
Privacy inquiries can be submitted to the privacy contact information shown in the footer. In cases of discrepancy between translations and the Korean original, the Korean original shall prevail. Expert review by a South Korean privacy specialist will be completed prior to official operation.
