Application Process Guide
The interview starts only within the job posting you applied for. After device check, answer 8 job-related questions within the time limit.
Record a 5-second sample before the interview and play it back to check that your microphone, camera, and permissions are working properly.
Questions are revealed, then you get 20 seconds to prepare and answer each question within 45 to 90 seconds. There is one retry allowed for technical errors and one voluntary re-recording distinct from that.
Audio is transcribed verbatim and translated into Korean. Facial expressions, gaze, emotions, or appearance in the video are not analyzed.
Employers review explanations and follow-up questions for each answer instead of scores. Applicants can request transcription corrections, additional explanations, and human reevaluation.
