JEEGU Career Policy
Guidance on device inspection, recording, storage, sharing, retention, and deletion methods.
Version 2026-07-beta-v1 · Effective 2026-07-11 · Pre-review limited beta draft. Korean is controlling. Before the interview, briefly record and play back audio or video to verify the device and permissions. Test recordings are not used as interview responses.
Recording begins after a preparation time for each question and automatically ends after the designated answer time. Separate explicit consent is required for video recording.
Audio recordings are transcribed, and Korean translations and answer explanations are generated. Biometric information, appearance, emotions, or behavior in videos are not analyzed.
Recordings are stored in a private repository. Access is provided only to the applicant and consented hiring companies via temporary URLs with a short validity period after verifying permissions. Access logs are maintained for auditing.
Applicants may voluntarily re-record once within policy limits and retry in case of technical quality errors. If the network is interrupted, recording can resume from the last saved answer.
The standard retention period is 90 days from the recording date, after which original files are automatically deleted. Different criteria apply in case of legal preservation orders or if the user selects a shorter retention period.
